I woke up to my phone ringing, I checked it to see I have 10 miss calls from vallyk. I got up and called him back

what happened?
I mumbled

why didn't you answer! you fucking scared me!
he said worried

I was knocked out, what's up?

what's do you mean what's up? It's the first day of school, so get your ass up!

alright alright, I'll be there in 10

I hung up, I got up from my bed and grabbed a pair of jeans and a sweater, I didn't have much clothes so I have to wash all my clothes every couple of days, i put on my only pair of shoes and grabbed my bag

"shit, I need school supplies"
I said to myself

I grabbed my bag which I had all my snacks in them. I Grabbed a bag of edibles put it in a zip lock bag to make it look like it was just candy, I carefully walked downstairs to see my stepdad sleeping on the couch holding a beer bottle, I walked beside him and grabbed his wallet taking some money from it, I left my house quickly and got on my bed.

I listened to the music while I biked to the dollar store, once I got there I locked my bike and went inside, grabbed some paper, pencils/pens, easers notebooks and a binder along with other things I needed, I payed for everything and put them in my backpack, I went back out unlocked my bike and started biking to school

Once I got there put my bike where I always do and took a couple edibles. I put my hoodie over my head and walked into school listening to music

Mattia-surprisedly I remember a couple people from freshman year
he said opening his locker

Kairi-can't believe we're seniors already

Alejandro-I know, just wish Alvaro and Roshaun were here

Mattia looked up the hallway to see the girl he saw at the party the other day

Kairi-Mattia you can go for any girl, just not Lauren

Mattia-why not, you said her boyfriend and her break up all the time

Alejandro-last time a guy hit on her Blake beat him up

He seen Lauren walk up to another girl, the other girl he seen at the party, the girl Kairi said he'll tell her about later. Seeing how different they both were, Lauren looked like she picked her outfit out for hours, her makeup was done and so was her hair, Lauren cared how she looked, but the other girl didn't seem to care how she looked, her pants had rips in them, she had an sweater that looked like it hasn't been washed in days, her hoodie over her head, no makeup, her hair not even brushed

Mattia-hey kai, who's that girl by Lauren?

Kairi-oh that's y/n, didn't I tell you about her at the party couple days ago?

Mattia-you just told me her name, you said "I'll tell you about her later" so what's up with her?

Kairi shut his locker

Kairi-y/n is known as the schools "stoner" she's high all the time, there's not a day she isn't high, she started getting high sophmore year until what happened last year

Mattia-what happened last year?

Alejandro-they found her in the school bathroom, said she overdosed on something and got sent to rehab for the summer
