how you met

Sorry that these are a bit long, but I had so many ideas that I couldn't resist.

2D: You were a roadie* (not a groupie) for Gorillaz for some time. As a result of being one of the only girls in the crew, you got a lot of attention from both Murdoc and 2D. You resisted the advances of both, but Stuart certainly wasn't as much of a nuisance as Murdoc. He always hung around while you set up stage, offering you help and making playful conversation. Eventually, you came to appreciate his company and became friends. What pushed your friendship into something more was when you both took some flirting too far and ended up in a kiss. While it was clear that 2D was into you from the start, you didn't realize your feelings for him until that kiss.

*in case you don't know, a roadie is someone who travels with a band on tour and helps them set up their equipment for performances.

Murdoc: Like the drunk he is, Murdoc always frequented a certain nightclub for his fix of drinks, drugs, and of course, sex. You also happened to be a regular patron of the same club, and after a night of flirting with the green whore, you found yourself in the same bed in the morning. You didn't think much of the encounter and left, believing it would be the last time you'd ever see him. However, you inevitably crossed paths again a few nights later, and ended up repeating history. After the third time of this, you both decided to at least exchange numbers.

Noodle: Growing up as a member of Gorillaz was rough on Noodle's social life. She was a bubbling conversationalist and made friends nearly everywhere she went, but because she was constantly on tour, she wasn't able to stick around with them for very long. As a result, she took to using the internet to stay connected, and quickly came to realize she could meet new people online as well. In order to avoid the hassle of being a celebrity, she remained anonymous, a habit which she carried all the way to adulthood. You first met her in a heated discussion about music. You found her insight fascinating and became fast friends. You would both talk each other for hours and hours, and after realizing she lived nearby, decided to meet up in real life. From there, your friendship developed into something more.

Russel:
You and Russel went to the same highschool together, back when he lived in Brooklyn. You didn't know him very well back then, but you were still friendly. Sometimes he would help you with your homework, but aside from that, you didn't interact much. That was until a highschool reunion years later. A lot of people kept pestering him because he was the fricking drummer of Gorillaz, but you still had no clue. Out of annoyance, Russel snuck out of the venue to be alone outside, where you happened to be sitting as well. You didn't recognize him at first, but after a few more glances, you realized that it was him. You both talked for the entire night and ditched the reunion to get some pizza.
