Turns out I'm still alive and didn't die from corona, and so I'm updating this book.
Also I've got a new story up that I've been working on for the past year. It's called "A Guide To Lucas Middleton" and it's the most work I've ever put into a story.

DIFFICULTY :

WHAT YOU WILL NEED :
- A pre-made graphic with (preferably) a model in the centre
(Anything in the centre is fine, this works on basically everything)
(Like you can literally put this effect everywhere it literally does not matter)
Step 1 - Upload your pre-made graphic that you want the flowering effect on into PicsArt.

Step 2 - Go to the bottom and scroll to "Draw". Then, click on the colour wheel on the left bottom corner, and according to your colour palette, select the most eye blindingly neon colour.

Step 3 - Click on the Brush icon in the bottom, adjust it so it's somewhat following the picture. (This is just how I do it, adjust to your own preference) and colour around the general area of the model (or anywhere you want to 'glow')

Step 4 - Then, click on that weird pancake thing in the bottom right and click on "Normal". Scroll down and click on "Soft Light"

(Optional Tip, but you can also only colour in the eyes on a different layer with full opacity to make your model's eyes glow)
(Literally just draw two circles where the irises are and do the same steps as before)

Step 5 - And you're done! Add your title, existential crisis on if you're a cake or not, and your graphic should be done
