"I knew she would freak out," Death says from behind me in an I-Told-You-So sort of tone

"Freak out? You just pulled me through a flipping mirror!" I scream at him, as my cross my arms tightly over my chest

"I don't have short term memory loss, I know what I did," he says snottily, crossing his arms back at me

"Why I outta," I lift my fist taking a step towards him

"Alright, violence will do nothing," a woman stops us, she had brown wavy brown hair cascading down her body to her elbows and a golden flower crown on his head with brown eyes, but boy, she was glowing and so beautiful, definitely a Goddess.

"Yeah, I agree with Demeter," Death says shooting me a playful glare as my eyes widen and I identify the Gods and Goddesses in the room.

"Poseidon, Zeus, Aphrodite, Demeter, Hera, and H-Death," I whisper as I look at all of them identifying each one, "Holy shit," I muttered before everything blacked out.

I open my eyes and sit up rubbing my head. I wasn't in my room at home, nor was I in my room at Mika's house.

"What is going on?" I whisper to myself

"Well, a lot actually," Death says making me jump not knowing he was in the room and glaring at him as he was sitting in a chair that was backward with his legs on either side of the back.

"I don't get it," I say, "I did nothing and I want to go home," I find my courage to demand

"Do you really have a home?" He asks back too quick

Ouch.

"Well it's not Hell, so I'm good with it," I spit at him as he got up and in an instant was in front of me.

"You have never been to Hell," he says deeply as his breath fans my face

"And I don't want to, but I might if I kill you, so please let me go," I groan

He snorts, "Yeah sure," he says, "Of course I'll let you go, but then there would've been no point in taking you,"

"Death, leave the poor girl alone," Poseidon said as he walked into the room with all the other Gods and Goddesses from earlier follow in behind him

"So Gabriella your name is?" Hera asks and I nod timidly

Demeter rolled her eyes at Hera before approaching me and placing her thumb on my forehead showing me a glimpse of things I've never seen.

I saw this beautiful girl wearing a floral dress with a floral crown and a few people bowed to her, but she quickly told them to get up and then played with some happy children.

"I knew you wouldn't have a human mate," she says to Death and I start coughing

"Mates?" I questioned and my head went down slightly

"She doesn't even know what-" Death starts saying

"Yes I do, so shut up," I tell him fiercely widening the eyes of Aphrodite as they all struggle not to laugh, but Zeus does not hold it in and bursts into laughter making Death roll his eyes.

"You didn't even know who I was," Death says

"Well, I mean, you look like a normal human to me and Mika said if someone looked at you they would see their worst nightmare and that humans can't see you, so what the fuck did you expect?" I ask him, leaning on my arms as if to tell him to actually tell me what he expected.

He pursed his lips and crossed his arms over his chest, but his golden eyes twinkled.

"Stupid golden eyes," I grumble crossing my arms

Aphrodite, Hera, and Demeter sat beside me, "I like her," Aphrodite says wrapping her arms around me in a hug and I hug back looking around awkwardly making Poseidon laugh

"So what is she?" Death asks

"A fairy, the fairy Goddess actually," Demeter says

"I knew she did do something," Hera grumbled and Death leaned against the wall pursing his lips

"How do you know what mates are?" Zeus asks

"My best friend is a werewolf," I tell him with a small nod

"So you knew about us?" Poseidon asked

"Well, yeah. I just didn't expect you to kidnap me through a mirror," I reply running a hand through my hair

"So I guess you'll have to have a look around the Ocean and then we'll sort everything out," Aphrodite says and everyone agrees
