"Hey Catra" I say

Catra smiles and Adora stays near the door in case I try to slip away

I take out the note and hand it to her

"Adora already read it" I say

Catra opens the note and reads it out loud

"Hey guys I'm leaving the horde why? Because they killed my family in front of me and destroyed my home and now they want me to fight for them? Yeah I'm not doing that, you guys have made the horde amazing I don't know what I'd do without you guys, I'll miss running around, I'll miss playing games, I'll miss sleeping and staying up all night whispering about you know whatever, and I'll miss your laughs and smiles and the way you hug and the way you comfort me after shadow weaver yells at me and I'll miss everything about you guys....I promise one day I'll see you again and if not just know I love you both I always have ever since you made me your friend, thank you for being such an important part of my life I'll miss you both so so much I'll never come back but I hope I see you again one day. I love you guys so much" Catra reads out

Tears form in Catras eyes and she gives the note back to me

"(Y/n) I'm sorry I didn't know" Catra says

"I should have left it there" I say

"What would have happened if you stayed?" Catra asks

"If I stayed, I wouldn't have trained and Shadow Weaver would have killed me. I'm not a fighter and I never will be" I say

"Why did you leave me?" Catra asks

I look down and I sigh

"I had so many reasons and you beating me was the last straw. And besides I helped everyone from Berk escape" I say

"Wait that was you?! You're the reason everyone escaped?" Catra asks

I look up at her and she seems mad so I decide to try to leave

I try to slide off the bed but Adora holds my shoulders and I stay and Adora lets go but still stays close to me

"Are you surprised? This is me we're talking about. I gave Kyle a note to give to Hiccup that gave instructions on how to escape" I say

"You trusted Kyle?" Catra asks

"You let me talk to him again so you kind of messed up there" I say

"Wait what?" Adora asks

"I told (Y/n) she wasn't allowed to talk to Kyle and then I let her talk to Kyle again because I felt bad about slamming her into the wall and threatening her so many times" Catra says

"What the fuck Catra" Adora says

"Do you still get nightmares?" Catra asks

"Yeah" I say

"Remember when you asked me why I slept next to you? Well I heard you whimpering and I wanted you to know that I was there for you and you stopped having nightmares after that" Catra says

I sit there shocked

Catra actually cared about me

"And I felt bad about getting angry after all those times I hurt you when you tried to help me out of my nightmares" Catra says

"I-I-I-" I try to say

We sit in silence for a while

After what seemed like hours Catra talked again
