Sophie's POV
"Hey, Soph..." Fitz said.
"Hey," She replied.
It had been a few weeks before they talked face-to-face. Considering that they were dating... Well, that was a bad thing.
"You know about this... Unmatchable thing, right?"
She knew he was gonna get on that topic soon. She'd run out of excuses already. Nervous, she asked, "Yeah?"
"We... Kinda... Don't we need to do something about it?"
"I-i... I guess."
"Um... Sophie, I'm so sorry..." Fitz's voice cracked. His teal eyes turned grey-ish, his normal movie-star smile disappearing.
She knew it was coming. They couldn't keep this relationship going. They were... Bad... In some way, at dating.
"We need to break up, am I right? You can't be with me because of your Vacker Legacy."
"Sophie-"
"I DON'T WANT YOU TO STAY! GET AWAY FROM ME!"
"No you don't-"
"YES! I PERFECTLY UNDERSTAND FITZORY! YOU'RE JUST SELFISH! YOU'RE SELFISH AND CARELESS! YOU ONLY CARE ABOUT YOURSELF! SO GET OUT OF MY FACE!"
With those words said, she fled to her bedroom, knowing it was better for her. She grabbed Ella and strangled her.
After all the anger was gone, it was replaced with sadness. She cried her heart out. Every tear came out. Every. Last. One.
She took her iPod's and turned on the "Sad" playlist.
The first one that played was called "Sad song" literally.
