Someone throws a (small?) knife to sever the Book of Vanitas's chain. There's only one character we've seen so far throw knives and that's Domi. I doubt Domi was the one behind this but it certainly wasn't Chloé or Jean-Jacques. Maybe Gano or a member of charlatan?
