Ilex Shenanigans Part 2 Lugia

Previously, Ash has made friends with a Gligar and his friends, to which they all joined his team. However, a large explosion was heard nearby, so they all sped to the source of the sound and many members of Team Rocket were trying to catch Lugia, who had visited Ilex Forest. The explosion was from an Electrode, causing Lugia to be in a bit of pain.

Misty and Brock were hog tied in a cage, their pokemon in containment units. Falkner was hiding from them.
While away, he had also gotten a Murkrow, but also a Doduo and a Skarmory, which Team Rocket had snatched before properly catching them.

Ash sees them and gets to him, Pikachu and Eevee following, all making sure to stay quiet. Falkner, what happened? Ash asked in his head, Falkner was a bit surprised, but catches on what Ash was doing. Communication without speaking.
We were looking for you, but Brock and Misty found Team Rocket and Lugia. They tried to stop them, but they failed.. I left so I could get some of the pokemon they kidnapped, these three were wild and liked me. Where were you?
Falkner explained and asked. Ash explained what happened with his mind, Falkner understanding.

How are we gonna help them? Ash asked in his head. Have one of your pokemon create a diversion, I'll get Misty, Brock, and their pokemon.
Ash nods at Falkner's plan, having his Gligar and Murkrow distract them by mocking them in the air. Falkner gets Brock and Misty by having his Mukrow peck the ropes loose.

Ash sees an injured Misdreavus and Sneasel, they were trying to protect Lugia, but the Team Rocket grunts and their pokemon were outnumbering them. Ash has Pikachu and Eevee help them, Pikachu using Thunder on the grunts and Eevee using Trump Card on their pokemon.
Ash went to Sneasel, Misdreavus, and Lugia, healing them with Full Restores.

"Hey kid! Buzz off!" One of the grunts said. "Pikachu, Volt Tackle!" Pikachu obeys, hitting the grunts hard. Lugia roars, the grunts look nervous and flees. "Thanks Ash and Falkner."
They nod and Ash looks over to the three pokemon. "Hey guys, I'm gonna check if any other pokemon got hurt. I'll be back." Ash said, walking off,
Misdreavus, Sneasel, and Lugia going in the same direction.

Ash sees the explosion still spooked the Aipom twins, Ash gives them some berries. The two eat, feeling a bit better. Sneasel and Misdreavus decides to join Ash's team and he agrees, catching them. Lugia looks at him. <Ash was it? One of the Ho-Oh had told me about you, she being yours.> Lugia said, Ash nods a bit. Ash explains his past and powers, crying a bit, Lugia feels sadness for Ash, giving Ash four of it's feathers, known as Silver Wings.
<If Ho-Oh trusts you, then so will I. I will join you as long as I can continue my duties.> Ash thinks and nods, catching Lugia. He scans all three of his new pokemon.

[Misdreavus, the Screech Pokemon.
Misdreavus frightens people with a creepy, sobbing cry. The Pokémon apparently uses its red spheres to absorb the fearful feelings of foes and turn them into nutrition. This Misdreavus is level 55 with the ability Levitate and knows the moves Astonish, Confuse Ray, Mean Look, Hex, Psybeam, Payback, Shadow Ball, Power Gem, Psychic, Will-O-Wisp, Dark Pulse, Hyper Voice, Screech*Egg Move*, Shadow Sneak*Egg Move*, Sucker Punch*Egg Move*, and Ominous Wind*Egg Move]

[Sneasel, the Sharp Claw Pokemon. This cunning Pokémon hides in the cover of darkness, waiting to attack its prey. This Sneasel is level 60 with the ability Inner Focus and knows the moves Leer, Quick Attack, Metal Claw,  Icy Wind, Fury Swipes, Hone Claws, Agility, Screech, Slash, Ice Punch, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Avalanche, Swords Dance, Shadow Claw, Poison Jab, Psycho Cut, X-Scissor, Dark Pulse, Ice Shard*Egg Move*, Fake Out*Egg
Move*, Counter*Egg Move*, Double Hit*Egg Move*, Icicle Crash*Egg Move*, and Crush Claw*Egg Move*]

[Lugia, the Diving Pokemon.
It is said to be the guardian of the seas. It is rumored to have been seen on the night of a storm. This Lugia is level 100 with the ability Multiscale and knows the moves Weather Ball, Dragon Rush, Rain Dance, Hydro Pump, Aeroblast, Ancient Power, Safeguard, Recover, Future Sight, Extrasensory, Calm Mind, Sky Attack, Shadow Ball, Psychic, Steel Wing, Aqua Tail, Hyper Voice, Water Pulse,
Zen Headbutt, Earth Power, and Dragon Pulse]

Ash sends Gligar, Yanma, the Aipom twins, Murkrow, Misdreavus, and Sneasel to Professor Oak and they go back to the road.
