ingredients
- 3 egg whites (51)
- 6 tbsp flour (171)
- 1.5 tsp baking powder (4)
- 5.25 tbsp sugar (256) (can prolly replace with sweetener)
- 1.5 tsp lemon extract (0)
- (optional) yellow food coloring

total: 482 calories
482÷16 = 30.125, round to 30
482÷9 = 53.5, round to 54

directions
1. preheat oven to 350°F
2. mix all the ingredients together until the batter is smooth (can mix by hand)
3. pour batter into a pan (i used an 8×8 inch pan)
4. bake for 10-15 minutes, or until you can poke it with a toothpick and it comes out clean (took me 10 minutes)
