"i'm sorry" i said as i looked at him
he was sitting down biting on his fingers
"it's fine i understand" he said standing up looking back at me
his eyes were already red and puffy.
"you like someone else, i get it" he chuckled while crying
"you'll still have a special place in my heart, and we'll still be friends right?" i asked
"i don't know, cause i do love you but i have to get over you since you like someone else and i don't wanna think that you left me for my best friend but you did" he said
"oh ok" i said as i looked down
"but are you still going to the field trip?" i asked looking back up at him
