Izuku has a quirk but it's more then extremely weak it might be because he shouldn't have a quirk in the first place

We're looking at a miracle quirks have manifested about 300 years ago give or take but everyone who had a quirk has a missing an extra joint and evreyone that was quirkles had an extra joint but Izuku has a quirk and an extra joint although he has a weak wind quirk

But my husband has a fire quirk I have telekinesis

Well we don't actually know how quirks truly work so your on your own

Mom took me home she was sad but had hope she saw the spark in in my eyes and she overheard me muttering which made her happy
