Y/N POV:

"COME ON F/N!! YOU CAN DO IT WOOOOO!!" I use the last of my energy to sprint to the end. "Aaaaaaand a new record", River spoke as she showed me my time.

I collapsed onto the ground panting as I try to catch my breathe. "Yes we're totally gonna crush tomorrows competition!! First place baby!!", Anna cheered. "Stop being so loud, you'll attract attention", River scolded.

As I regained my breath, I take a look to my right to see Sam standing right next to me holding a water bottle. "Here..." "Yeah thanks", I spoke as I took the water bottle and started drinking it down.

It's been almost two weeks since I've joined the triplets in their hardcore training for the play offs. We train before school and after school, and during that time I got to learn a lot about the three girls.

Anna is definitely the cheerful type and has sudden bursts of energy now and them. River likes to be smart about things before rushing into them and doesn't like attention that much. Sam doesn't really talk that much and only talks to you if she likes you. She also get flustered really easily.

All three girls are so unique and different, but there is one thing about their personalities that is the same. They don't lie, they say what's on there mind. They remind me of myself before I entered Danganronpa.

"I can't believe tomorrow's the play offs, I'm so excited!!", Anna exclaimed as she squealed. "Usually people would be nervous but looking at our progress, I'm quite confident", River added.

"Hey F/n, I was wondering if you wanted to have a sleep over with us before the big day tomorrow. River says it's to late to ask you so I decided to ask you myself", Anna spoke as River bonked her on the head. "You didn't have to add that part", the girl mumbled looking a bit flustered.

"Ow— meanie. Anyway what do you say F/n?" "Yeah of course I'll go", I spoke as I smiled. "Really?!" "Yeah, just text me the address and let me quickly go home to get my stuff and I'll be there", I replied as Anna cheered. "Yippee!"

"Just like a kid", Sam mumbled as I laugh. "That's one way to put it. I'm gonna go change into my uniform, see you guys after school for training", I spoke as I waved and walked away from the girls. "See ya later!"

I've been so happy these past days, everything seems so surreal. The dream I had of being a normal kid finally came to reality.

"If this is a dream, I don't want it to end", I chuckled to myself. Maybe I decided to ignore it or maybe I just forgot, but every good thing has to come to an end.

Time Skip

After I got changed into my school uniform, I walked out of the girls bathroom to see Kaito and a few of the basketball players walk towards me in the halls.

"Hey F/n! I'll catch you guys later, hey F/n!", Kaito yelled as I sighed and walked over to him. "Ooooo looks like Kaito has a lady." "She's just a friend", Kaito spoke as the other boys continue to tease him.

"Sure that's what everyone says." "No, we're just friends. I'll meet you and Keebo at lunch, later", I spoke as I waved and walked away.

Kaito's POV:

"No, we're just friends. I'll meet you and Keebo at lunch, later", the h/c haired girl spoke as she waved and walked away. "Wow Kaito, didn't think you'd get rejected..." "I told you guys, it's not like that", I replied. "Whatever you say man."

I sighed in relief that they finally dropped it. Haha me and Y/n? I'd probably be one of the last people she'd date. Besides there's me and then there's him.... never really understood his point of view but I guess I don't have to worry about that for now.
