SEVEN • INTO THE I-LAND (Ep. 1.1)

Before we start! Just a quick reminder!
Starting from this very chapter, there will be narrative parts coming from Lee Dahee (not the real one, but the one in my story 😂) since she is telling the "story" about the 12 trainees in YouVerse.

And also, it will be 3rd POV most of the time. If you would like to request for a personal POV then pm me about it~ 😄 so that I can fit it into the plots for the next 12 chapters!

"It's showtime."

- 3rd POV

(3 hours before the shooting of the first episode)

"Keni, wait up!" Sofia called out to the '01 liner as they left their apartment at 4 in the morning.

The tall girl laughed out loud, not caring if her neighbors would wake up. "Sorry, unnie, but you should walk faster!" She said while waiting for Sofia to catch up to her.

The older girls were the first to wake up on the day of when Mnet will start their filming for the survival show and are now the last to leave their dorm. There weren't any cameras inside the apartment since the cameramen were all waiting for the girls over at the lobby of Big Hit. But none of the Mnet staff were awake at this time.

And that is why Keni and Sofia decided to wake the other members around 4:10 AM to beat the staff and AMAZONs.

"I'm wearing heeled shoes!" Sofia claimed once she caught up to Keni. "Exactly, how in the world can I run with heels?"

"Duh, take them off," Keni answered before she playfully stuck her tongue out at her older friend.

Sofia sighed while shaking her head. "Alright, let's go. Driver Nam must be downstairs in the lobby waiting for us with the other girls."

Hyerin was debating whether or not to message Yeonjun at 4 in the morning. She knew that if she doesn't message him, she'll have to wait for 3 months just to get another chance. But then her mind keeps giving her excuses like, "It's been three year since you two last talked. Does he still even remember you?", or "It's 4 in the effing morning, Kang Hyerin! Let him sleep!".

So she gave up in the end and got ready for the day.

Then Bitna called out to her saying, "Unnie, cheer up, okay? Today we will be shooting the first episode of YouVerse! We need to impress the viewers as much as we can."

Hyerin mentally sighed. Then she nodded her head in agreement and faced the younger girl. "You're right, Nana. Today is a big day, and I shouldn't get my feelings in the way."

"Now, that's the spirit, Hyerin!" Woohee shouted from the kitchen of their dorm.
