Yuqi's pov

I opened the door in our room and saw Soyeon sitting on the bed looking at me with her arms crossed. I sighed and approached her.

"Hun" I said and she glared at me making me nervous

"Do you have feelings for him?" She said coldly

What is she saying?? That was so random

"Ofc not! Why would you even think that?!" I said slightly shouting and Soyeon sigh

"Why are you so defensive? Im just asking" Soyeon said coldly

"Are you angry at me?" I asked trying to hold back my tears. Soyeon sigh and approached me

"Look im not angry at you okay? Im pissed at Lucas for having some guts to show his face to you after what he did" Soyeon said and layed my head on her chest

"But Lucas already changed and he's leaving his not gonna show up to us anymore" I said while pouting. Soyeon just giggled and kissed my lips

"Your cute you know" Soyeon said and i blushed

"I better not see him because I dont think i can hold myself to punch his ugly face" Soyeon said

'But he's actually handsome tho' I mumbled

"What?!" Soyeon said irritatingly

"N-nothing" I said stuttering

Im glad that we made up already. I thought it was gonna be hard but thankfully she was understanding. Im so lucky to have her!

--At the living room--

"Hey baby" I said and approached Yeri and kissed her cheeks. Soyoen did the same.

"Mom? I thought you were leaving for work. What are you doing here?" Yeri asked

"Well i decided to skip work for now and spend time with you guys at home" Soyeon said while smiling

"Really mom?! Thats great!" Yeri said excitedly

"But mommy i have a question" Yeri said

"What is it baby?" I asked

"Well...we all know that Susan is made because they did a sperm donor while Mia is adopted...but how about me?" Yeri asked. I look at Soyeon worriedly and she did the same

"When i ask that question you always seem to avoid it and i just let it slide because maybe you didn't want to tell it to me yet but mommy im already 9 yrs old. Are you gonna wait for me to become 20 yrs old for you to tell me?" Yeri asked sadly

I thought she already forgot it since she didn't ask me anymore...but i guess im wrong. I looked at Soyeon again maybe trying to get her approval if i should tell Yeri the truth but surprisingly she nodded her head while smiling but i know she's worried. I sighed and stare at Yeri

"Yeri..."

"Pls mommy...i wanna know" Yeri said while looking at me

"Well...i had a lover which is your father but i got pregnant and you came to our life but he left us. But thankfully Soyeon your mom was there for us when he left" I said. Soyeon looked at me shock

I know she wasn't expecting me to say that but then she smiled and i smiled back. I know she understands my reason.

Its not really the truth but i cant just tell her that his father raped me and she was made by accident.
