Whenever someone thought of Georgie Denbrough, they thought of him with his older brother Bill. The boys weren't joined at the hip out in public. Though if anyone went to their house, they could easily tell that the brothers loved each other.
Everyone was devastated when they heard the news about Georgie. There were many parts left out to the public as they said he was currently missing, but something didn't seem right.
Your best friend couldn't have taken it worse when his parents had decided to face the facts and said Georgie was dead. Bill continued searching everywhere he could to try and find his lost younger brother.
After spending the day looking for Georgie in the sewers, you walked Bill home. It was just like a cheesy romantic comedy in the sense that you had grown up next to each other.
"W-what if w-w-we never f-find him?" Bill managed to get out.
You turned to see his usual smile replaced with a frown and teary eyes.
"Hey, it's going to be okay. He's out there somewhere, alright? We'll find him." You grabbed Bill's hand while talking to make sure he was listening.
His eyes met yours and gave you a small nod. There was a little smile on him when he turned away and continued walking.
Many events happened over the next couple of days with the losers club and encounters with IT. The clown had been terrorizing all of the little kids, and Bill couldn't take it anymore knowing that Pennywise was the reason behind Georgie's absence.
During the hiatus of the losers club after Pennywise jumped out of the projector screen, Bill didn't give up on the fact that he could leave at any moment and find Georgie.
One afternoon you were sitting on your bed reading a book when you heard a couple of taps on your window. You looked to the side and saw Bill sitting on the roof looking at you.
"What are you doing? You could've used the front door." You shook your head at him while helping Bill climb through the window.
