Replacement [Vkook]

Jungkook is walking back and forth down the hallways not being able to sleep

After coming home Taehyung directly went to his room and locked himself there without eating

After getting fresh jungkook too didn't eat , because he was feeling intuitive, that something is wrong

He's been calling Jennie for the past two hours , but as expected, she isn't answering and the call directly went to voice mail

He gave up and sat on the couch over the living room , head in his hands

"All of this is happening because of me goddammit"

He thought, tugging on his hair strands a little

After 15 mins

The phone rang

Jungkook immediately took a look at the caller id, which was, Jennie's

He quickly picked up

"H-hello? Jennie? Are you alright? I've been trying to c-"

"Is this the phone's owners parent?"

An unknown voice spoke up and Jungkook froze

"Y-yes?"

"We called you seeing too many misses calls from your number , I'm so sorry to say , but - the owner of this phone is admitted in the City Hospital after being hit by a car in the middle of the main road"

Jungkooks breathing stopped

"Wh-what?!!"

"Yes , we found her and admitted her in the hospital, but fortunately her pulse rate didn't decline so much that's why she's alive , but has some major injuries"

Jungkooks eyes widened as the person spoke so much but he didn't understand any of it

"Hello? Mr? Hello?!"

"Huh? Y-yes- please - make a registration on her name , by Jennie Kim , we're coming as soon as possible"

He said and hung up the call throwing it off somewhere and rushing up to Taehyungs room

"Hyung?!!! Hyung please come out!! Hyung Jennie has been through an accident, we have to go- please - please h-"

Cutting him off the door suddenly opened

"Jen-jennie what?!"

"Someone- called- she- is in city- hospital- we have to g-go hyung"

Jungkook said the sobbing and the older widened his eyes

"....oh g-god"

Taehyung was crying frantically on jungkooks arms, and Jungkook was trying not to break down because then , there would be no one to confort the older

After reaching the hospital they immediately rushed to the reception asking for their daughter and the receptionist told them she's in a surgery on room number 304

And upon reaching there , Taehyung completely broke down , in anger , guild and sadness

They are here for an hour but the surgery room still hasn't opened

The whole hall was barely populated with only 7 to 10 people there

"Jungkook....th-is is all- my fault- i- I shouldn't have yelled like that-"

"H-hyung-....it's not your fault.... She'll be alright, don't worry ..."

He said his lips quivering

"Guardians of Jennie Kim?"

Their heads turned up immediately at a deep voice echoing through the empty hallway

"Yes? It's me- I mean it's us- is she - a-alright doctor??"

The doctor smiled a little

"Fortunately"

He said and both of them sighed in relief

"But she has some major injuries, which would take a while to heal, she has a head injury, a broken arms and some bad wounds on her left side of the body- but thankfully she dosent have any internal injury "

Both of them nodded

"Thank you doctor"

"It's my job , you'll come to know about the payments in the reception-"

"I-Ill do all the payments dont worry- just , c-can we see her?"

Taehyung asked the doctor with hopeful eyes

"Of course Mister Kim , just don't make too much noise"

Taehyung sadly smiled a little

"T-thank you doctors, thank you so much"

He rushed inside the room followed by a quiet and hesitant Jungkook

They went inside the room and the sight broke their heart

Jennie was attached with several tubes probably supplying blood and saline

Her head was bandaged and several bandages were being made , mostly on the left side of her body

Taehyung sank on the chair head in his hands sobbing quietly and Jungkook stood beside him laying a comforting hand on his shoulder

"Look at my princess.....Look at her...."

Taehyung said between sobs

Jungkook started crying quietly running his nose time to time

The atmosphere was silent , until someone spoke up

"D-dad...."

Both of the olders flicked their heads towards their daughters direction

"Jennie? Princess- a-are you alright?"

Taehyung said wiping his tears

"Mh- m-aybe"

Taehyung went and kissed his daughters bandaged forehead and buried his head softly on her neck

"I'm so- sorry Jennie, this is - all my fault, I'm sorry- I really am....Please forgive me- pl-lease"

Jungkook quietly rubbed his teary eyes , now a little happy because at last the father and daughter are conversing properly

Jungkook was feeling immense guilt in his heart , because it's all hos fault , he thought

If he wouldn't have came into their life all of this wouldn't have been happening

He wiped his tears wanting to give them a little bit time alone , he started moving away until he felt a tug on his wrist

He turned around to see Jennie , holding his wrist gently

"Oh- Je-jennie- I'm so happy you're alright- i - was just- moving out- ill gibe you guys some time alon-"

"B-booboo, stay..."
