Mattia was about to be a father while Y/n was about to be a mother.They were going to have a beautiful little girl they already knew what they were going to name her.Mattia picked the name out and they both fell inlove with it.They planned on having two kids.Y/n was almost 9 months ready to give birth any day.One day her water broke but at the hospital they had make a very important and heartbreaking decision that will forever change their lives especially for Mattia...

                   ~Y/n's POV~
It was around 11:38 at night I was making my way to my bedroom that Mattia and I shared because I went to get a snack as I was making my way to our room I felt water drip down my leg then I felt lots of water everywhere it was all on the ground all over my legs everywhere.My water just broke I screamed as I had no idea what to do.Mattia quickly came running out of the room and saw the water everywhere he quickly ran back to the room grabbed the suitcase we packed for the hospital and quickly put it in the car.Mattia came back and slowly picked me up as everything was hurting.He carried me to the car.He slowly sat me in the sit as I was crying in pain.He quickly ran to the drivers side and got in and started driving to the hospital.We arrived Mattia quickly got out and went to my side he picked me up and took me into the hospital

"Help my girlfriend is going into labor"Mattia said as he was out of breath to the lady who was working at the front desk.She quickly got up and called for the others doctors they came and out and put me onto a bed a took me into a room.Where I saw lots of mechines and wires that were for me and the baby.They connected the mechines to me and attached some of the wires onto me and then they turned on the mechines.My whole body was hurting I couldn't move anything it was like I was paralyzed for my waist down.

30 minutes later

The doctors finished the checkups for my baby I still couldn't feel the lower part of my body.The doctor then said he had some news for me the news that I heard broke me heart into a million little pieces

"I'm sorry miss but it's either you or the baby only one of you can survive if you chose the baby she will live perfectly fine but on the other hand if you chose to not have the baby you could have some serious problems"the doctor said as I broke down into tears

"I will be going out now to tell your boyfriend miss then I will send him in so you guys can discuss your decision "the doctor said I slowly nodded my head I already knew my decision

     ~Mattia's POV~
I was waiting for news on Y/n and my babygirl I was super excited my life couldn't get any better then this.Everything I've dreamed for is coming true today.Having a child with the love of my life.A doctor finally came out to give me news on Y/n and my baby.I was expecting great news but the news I heard was the news I never in a million years thought I would hear

"Sir we did a few checkups on your girlfriend and your baby and only one can live it's either her or the baby if you chose the baby she will have a normal and health life.If you you chose your girlfriend she could have some serious problems you may go inside and discuss your decision with your girlfriend I'll be waiting here"the doctor said as he looked me in the eyes

I quickly entered the room and there I saw my girlfriend sobbing as I was to.I quickly went up to her and hugging her.Until she said the most heartbreaking thing I've ever heard

"Mattia I love you with all my heart but please chose our daughter I've already lived most of my life now it's her time"she said as she caressed my cheek with her little soft fingers as little tears fell from her cheeks onto the pillow behind her that layed behind her head

"No Y/n I can't lose you please don't do this to me I need you I can't live without you"I said as I sobbed into her chest she slowly lefted up my head and said
