Mattia the popular boy in school everyone knew Mattia they also knew everything about him.Mattia was only popular for his clout on social media but in this school everyone makes everything a big deal.Y/n on the other hand was a nerd she didn't go to parties or go to school games because that was nothing like her.Mattia and Y/n both liked eachother until one day Mattia finally asked Y/n out she said yes of course not thinking of the consequences.Soon Y/n couldn't take it she broke up with Mattia.They were both broken teenagers after that Mattia found someone else while Y/n was just killing herself on the inside...

~Y/n's POV~
I've been thinking lately about Mattia and I and I just can't do it.Im a nerd and Mattia is a popular boy we don't go together I'm out of his league he deserves someone so much better.Everyone at school always comes up to me and tells me things.Nobody ever talked to me since I'm a nerd but ever since Mattia and I started dating everyone has come up to me telling things like

"Wow Mattia chose you"

"Your a bit ugly for Mattia"

"I can't believe Mattia likes you"

"No y'all are not cute"

"Ugh break up already"

"Wonder what he see's in you"

"Your probably just his toy"

I guess it just all got to me because I became insecure.I was never an insecure person because I was always told to love yourself no matter what but I guess it all just hit me like a truck.We didn't belong together and everyone knew it no matter how hard we both tried to make it work it was never going to work.I just couldn't take it anymore everyone coming up to me it was better when Mattia and I weren't dating.We were out of eachothers league so we needed to break up I hate to be the bad guy but it needed to be done.I called Mattia over and he said of course.Once he arrived my heart was pounding I was nervous and scared.I opened the door and there he was looking as handsome as ever.He saw how worried I was and immediately questioned it.

"Bebe are you ok?"he said as he caressed my cheek

"Mattia we need to talk"I said to him and my face fell I looked back up and the smile he had was now gone it was replaced with a frown and wide eyes

"Of course what's wrong?"He said as he looked at me

"We need to break up"I said not daring to look him in the face

"W-what why?"he said as I could tell by his voice his eyes were beginning to water

"Becaus-"I said but I got off by Mattia

"BECAUSE WHAT Y/N"he yelled at me as his voice began to crack

"BECAUSE MATTA CAN'T YOU SEE WERE NOT MEANT FOR EACHOTHER.YOU DESERVE SOMEONE BETTER SOMEONE WHO CAN GIVE YOU THE WORLD.I CAN'T DO THAT MATTIA YOUR POPULAR I'M A NERD IM OUT OF YOUR LEAGUE MATTIA. GO.GO FIND SOMEONE BETTER SOMEONE WHO LOVES YOU AND ISN'T OUT OF YOUR LEAGUE"I yelled at him as he stood back at me in shock he never saw this side of me he never thought I had that in me

"Fine if you want to break up go ahead but don't come running back to me when you realize the mistake you made"he said as he looked down at the ground

"Mattia it's not a mistake you deserve better someone prettier then me you deserve the world and sadly I can't give you it.Dont worry about me move one go find the girl of your dreams and chase her you have my full support"I said to him as I caressed his cheek while making him look at me his tears fell as he didn't care if he looked weak

"But I want YOU y/n and only you I don't care if your nerd your my dream girl I can't forget you and I won't.Please don't do this I don't deserve better because no one is better then you I need you and only you please"He said as he hugged me tight

"I'm sorry but it's for the best"I said as I pulled away Mattia just looked at me and walked out not saying a word

A week later

It's been a week since my break up with Mattia and let's say not everything has gone back to normal.Mattia found a new girl and he genuinely looked happy but he started to bully me he hit me kicked me did everything in his power to hurt me.On the other hand I've been cutting nothings been the same but I knew it had to be done.Today was a normal day I walked in and everyone stared at me i was confused because no one ever looked at me the way they did.I walked to my locker and saw it.Writen on my locker were the words"kill yourself you fat pig"I looked around and saw who it was until my eyes landed on her.Mattia's girlfriend I looked next to him and there was Mattia but he wasn't smirking he looked sad.I ran out of the school with someone chasing me yelling my name I knew exactly who it was.

"Y/-Y/N"mattia yelled but I payed no attention then a big truck came my way as the driver lost control. Everything went back all I remember was flying into the air then onto the ground

~Mattia's POV~
There she was on the ground blood everywhere cuts everywhere she wasn't moving my whole life flashed before my eyes.All of our memories or night time talks everything came rushing back.The ambulance was immediately called they took her away.But she didn't make it she died that day at the exact moment
