So a little backstory on this one. It's the lyrics to the first song that I composed. As I said in the introduction, the music helped me express the weight that's been holding me down for a long time.
The past.
Time goes forward,
With everything you did.
Is now in the past,
Are just some memories.
With the people that you know,
Even though they're dead.
This is just how it it,
You just have to,
Accept it.
People that you know
And the ones you've never known.
Are now in the past
And in the future too.
Everybody has to grow up even though it's sad.

We just have to,

Time never slows down,
It only speeds up.
