She gets over shined by 8 and 3 mostly because the singleplayer mode she's featured in is too much like the first game, which to me is sad. She's also on the opposite side of her fellow agents, which means she often gets left out. She was also on team Chaos like I was! And she has a personality similar to Mina's as described by Nintendo.
She is also customizable too, so that's always a bonus for me.
