whew chile that last chapter was a lil 😐😀..

anyways sorry for not being consistent:/

school starts sept 8 for me and i have honors classes this yr so it'll be a little more work.

i'll try my best to write tho!

next morning/8am

my dad texted me to get ready,

i'm meeting my stepfamily today.

well on my dads side i guess.

i was facetiming jenna while i got ready because umm..

i'm extremely nervous??

yeah.

so once i was finally ready, i made sure i wasn't missing anything then said bye to my mom,

and after that i went outside to meet my dad in the driveway.

while we were driving to his new house he was telling me about how he wanted me to pick out things for my room at his place, and try to make it comfy for myself.

i'm pretty good at that kinda stuff so i got pretty excited.

he also let me know that we're in the same area, and i won't have to worry about different schools.

i'd stay at his place for a week and rotate to my moms house.

and i could switch it up if needed.

once he parked the car in the garage we got out and made our way inside.

it was a really nice house.

expect instead of the modern feel my moms house has, this one had little of a cozy feel to it.

but obviously i didn't feel at home,

just yet.

i was introduced to my step mom, then my stepsiblings.

there was a girl about my age, maybe a few months younger than me, and a guy who looked 18 or 19.

not bad.

i just didn't really feel comfortable with the girl, who's name i figured out was aria.

she was really pretty and all.

but she kept on giving me dirty looks.

i didn't wanna ruin my dads happiness so i excused myself and went upstairs to what was supposed to be my room.

it was empty, and the walls were painted white.

i planned out the layout and stuff in my notes, and went back downstairs to show my dad.

y/n) i made a layout for my room, do you think it's reasonable?

y/d) it's good! just text me photos of the furniture and we can workout a day to go buy the things you need.

after lunch i went back home.

my stepbrother seemed really chill.

but i just got these extremely weird vibes from my stepsister.

oh, and my stepbrother's name is aaron.

it was almost like she didn't want me there in the first place.

i mean i didn't wanna be there either way.

i didn't think much of it.

once i got home my mom seemed really sad.

i know this probably hits her harder than anybody else,

and i figured they divorced mostly because of my stepmom.

i just didn't wanna dig into her and my dads business,

because i knew that would only make things worse.

i told her about what i felt and she told me to ignore her and just try to take advantage of the situation.

at around 5pm we ordered some pizza for delivery and had dinner in our living room, while watching a netflix series.

i knew i had to be the one to make my mom happy.

i didn't want to see her like that, yknow?

anywaysss i'm just waiting for their tour to finally be over (which i think it is) to make an edit ab it.
