Chap 1.

The rose beds danced in the wind, their caretaker looking over as some wilted and died.
The roses were just like their caretaker, young and beautiful at one point, then dead, dry, and wilted.
The male watching over the caretaker huffed, rolling his eyes at the brown haired caretaker of the flower garden.
Komaeda has never been the one to love roses, they made him sneeze, hinata on the other hand; loved roses, always talking about his job whenever he got the chance to his friends, like how Komaeda talked about hope.

The bell of the shop shook, telling the tall male someone had come in.
Hinata would lift his eyes up to the black clothed albino.
" Are you back to make fun of me or buy flowers? " Hinata would hiss
" Awww, I'm glad you think of me lowly now. " The albino would laugh
" .... " Hinata would roll his eyes, closing his book he was reading before returning to the rose beds
Komaeda would take this as the que to leave, as long as hinata was there he was safe.
" Have you seen Hinata this morning-? " a pinkish blonde girl was tailing behind a hyper random brown haired girl ( This isn't a character lmao )
" Yeah yeah. " Chiaki would say, rolling her eyes before returning to her game
" I can't believe he hasn't fallen for me. " The girl would yowl again, causing Komaeda who was across the street to cringe
" You're forgetting that he has a girlfriend. " Chiaki would sigh again, tired as always
" We both know that Mikan isn't worth him. " The girl would hiss, Komaeda crossing the street to chiaki
" Oh hey Komaeda. " Chiaki would say, some cheer in her voice as she'd greet her old classmate
" Hey chiaki. " Komaeda would say, pushing his glasses up
" Visiting hinata again I see. " Chiaki would yawn " You know he doesn't like you right? He always ignored you in high school. "
" Cold blow. "
" heh. "
" Let me guess, you wanna know where Mikan is because someone beat you up again. " Chiaki would say, finally closing her DS
" Mhm. " Komaeda would smile
" Wanna Show him? " chiaki would say turning to her friend
" Sure, can you get the muffins?"
" Mhm. "
" can you get me a bagel while you're at it? "
" Gotcha. "
Chiaki would slowly start walking to the bakery as Komaeda and the girl would walk to a small hospital in the town,

[ Komaeda POV ]

" h-hello K-K-Komaeda. " The small long haired purple girl would chirp from her desk, woppling to a room after waving me to follow.
" I'll wait out here. "
" Alright. "
It took minutes explain mikan what happened, I have been bullied since my small crush on a popular kid in 5th grade, up until now being in high school I have never made a week without being beat up by kids.
I could never fight back, I never had someone to protect me, and I was just a weak waste of life.

Heh, until something happened that is.
It's not important, nothing to me or about me is.

Mikan had finished wrapping my arm and bandaging me, stepping back so I could get up
" I-I've h-h-heard you've been with h-hinata. " Mikan would say, tapping her fingers together like a nervous high school girl talking to someone they liked
" C-could you tell h-hinata I s-said Hi-? " She'd say with a small smile.
I'd stand up, " Sure. "
My eyes would swirl " What else would you like to say before never breathing again-? "
" K-K-Komaeda-? W-what's w-wrong-? " Mikan would step back as I'd pull a small blade out.

I couldn't remember what happened before the lights went out.

" Komaeda-! " My vision was blurred, I slowly opened my eyes to chiaki shaking me
" KOMAEDA-! "
I'd open my eyes fully, shooting up to see mikan with a knife through her forehead, blood splattered everywhere while her boyfriend was leaning over her body
Chiaki was crouched next me, worry in her eyes as she'd ask " Komaeda what happened-? "
" I-I dont know. " I'd start panicking, my luck had killed someone again.

[ Hinata's POV ]
< A 4 minutes before Mikan's Death >

Komaeda had just left, I had been watering my flowers as I watched him talk to my best friend; Chiaki.

I had gone back to reading the murder mystery book I had started last night, I always had a book to read here
< 2 minutes >
I had just given some flowers to couples, it was February 14, Valentine's Day. After work me and Mikan are going on a date to celebrate.

More couples had interrupted my book for flowers, mainly roses from my black rose bed
< 0 minutes >
I had just gotten a call from Chiaki,
" HINATA GET YOUR ASS TO THE HOSPITAL NOW- " Chiaki screamed, worry in her voice
" What's happening-?! " I'd shoot up, starting to head out the shop to see police tape around the hospital around the corner
" MIKAN IS WHATS HAPPENING! " Another scream, damn chiaki you aren't good at calming a boyfriend in worry
[ GORE WARNING ]
I saw mikan's body, a knife was thrown into her skull, her stomach open, her organs had fallen out, I couldn't help but crying and trying to not vomit at the site

[ END OF GORE]

Komaeda was across her, passed out, blood was splattered over his pale face.

[ Years later ]
[ 3rd POV ]

Hinata and Komaeda somehow grew closer, more deaths of hinata's friends had occurred, Komaeda somehow always there at the time of their murders.
Chiaki.
Peko.
Fuyuhiko.
Souda.
Gundham and the devas of destruction, honestly who could do that? The sexy homsters did nothing.
With Mikan's death he was across from her.
Chiaki, he was across the street, running away from where her body was found
Peko and fuyuhiko's, in the same shop Komaeda was at
Gundham and souda's in sonia's house in the bathroom at her birthday party, and Komaeda was the first to find the bodies.
It made no fucking sense to Hinata, but when he asked Komaeda would always smile and would wave it off.

Hinata had to find out what was happening, through Komaeda or by himself.
