I feel that if Sasuke and Sakura were to have another girl, she would look like this (since all the next generation look like replicas of their parents...literally).
P.s. Ignore the scribbles...I drew over them.
Also, ignore the fist and the arm (if you can actually see it in the mass of scribbles)...had trouble with that (kept looking at the mirror to see what a fist looks like with a bent arm)...so yeah.
