"Were you using your quirk!?" Izuku panted as he came in behind me.

"Maybeeee," I giggled.

"You two sure are home late," Mom walked up to us. "And you both have twigs in your hair, what exactly were you two doing?"

"We were playing hide and seek with Katsuki and we hid in a tree," I signed.

"Ohhh, that makes sense, well go wash up. Someone wants to meet you tomorrow," She said the last part in an almost sorry tone.

"Really? Who?" Izuku asked.

I think I know who it is... "Is it Akuma," I asked. Mom jolted and avoided eye contact. She started to fidget with her apron.

"Y-Yes," She mumbled.

"Okay," I hugged her. "Just so you know if he expects me to call him my father he can suck a c-"

"Y/n, language," Izuku warned.

"Cod egg," I groaned as I changed what I was going to sign. Mom giggled as she hugged us.

"You two really are twins," She smiled.

"DIBS ON THE FIRST SHOWER!" I signed as I ran to our room.

"THAT'S NOT FAIR Y/N!" Izuku whined.

"Yes it is!" I snorted as I grabbed a tank top, sweatpants, and under garments. I was in the shower before Izuku even made it to our room. I started my cleaning process while humming a song. "Leeeet it out, been building up you better leeeet it out. Say everything you've been meaning now. I want it to burn," I sung Not Another Song About Love by The Hollywood Ending. When the song was over I turned off the water and stepped out. I dried myself off and put on my clothes. I wrapped the towel around my head and walked out. "Your turn Izuku," I signed to my brother that was sitting on our bed.

"Alright," He nodded as he stood up, grabbed his clothes, and walked out. I stared at the ceiling thinking.

It's been at least 10 years since I last saw him. And this whole PTSD and Selective Mutism thing started. I heard my phone go off and I saw Katsuki's name.

KATSUKI: Oi, we're doing the sign language session shit at your place tomorrow, right?

ME: Yeah...

KATSUKI: What's with the ...!?

ME: I'm just also seeing someone I haven't seen in at least 10 years tomorrow.

KATSUKI: Well shouldn't you be excited?

ME: They aren't the best person in the world or anything...

KATSUKI: What's that supposed to mean!?

ME: Nothing, talk to ya tomorrow.

KATSUKI: Tch- yeah yeah.

I got off my bunk and went to mom's room. I knocked. "Come in," She replied. I opened the door and walked in. "What's up?"

"Katsuki is coming over tomorrow too. Around 8 so he can learn sign language," I signed.

"Oh, are you sure it's okay for him to meet, you know, a man like that?" Mom asked.

"If anything Katsuki will scare him off," I giggled.

"Pft-," Mom snorted.

"I just wanted to make sure you knew," I signed with a smile.

"Alright hun, and when you were singing earlier I thought it was really beautiful," She complimented.

"Mom," I groaned. "Stop sugarcoating everything,"

"I'm not sugarcoating," She giggled. "If you were to look for a job other than pro hero I think you could be an anonymous singer,"

"Yeah yeah," I rolled my eyes with a chuckle. "Night mom," I hugged her.

"Night sweety," She hugged me. I walked out of her room and went to sleep. The next morning came in like a flash.

"Y/n, wake up. Kacchan is here," Izuku shook me. I jolted awake and hit my head on the ceiling. "Are you okay!?"

"Yeah, yeah... What did you say?" I groaned while I rubbed my head.

"Kacchan is here," He answered. "And I'm going to go get an early start to cleaning the beach, see you later tonight sis," He kissed my forehead.

"Bye ya big goof," I hopped off my bunk as he did the same. He left and Katsuki was standing in the living room. I pulled out my phone. "Come on," I texted him. He came into mine and Izuku's room and I climbed up onto my bunk. He gave me a confused look. "What? You waiting for an invitation? Come on," I texted him again. He climbed up beside me and sat down.

"I'm going to go on and warn you, I get angry if I don't understand something," He warned.

"That's okay," I texted him. I then changed to my mom's number.

ME: Mom can you bring me a coffee?

MOM: Yea, I'll bring it in after it's done brewing.

ME: THANKS! I love ya!

MOM: I love ya too.

I smiled at my phone and Katsuki tried to look over. "Who ya talkin to?" He asked. I simply showed him my phone. "Oh,"

I went to his number and started to teach him. We were up to letter H when mom came in. I leaned over the edge and grabbed it. "Thanks momma!" I signed.

"You're welcome. Katsuki, can I get you anything?" She asked.

"I'm good,"

"Alright," She started to walk out. "Time to prepare for the demon," She said as soon as she was out the door.

"Demon?" He asked me.

"You'll see when he gets here," I texted him with a trembling finger. I took a sip of coffee and went back to teaching him. We got to the letter M before he interrupted me.

"Gimme some coffee," He ordered.

"You should've asked my mom," I rolled my eyes as I texted him. He took my cup. "HEY!" I texted him. He took two or three sips before handing it back to me. "NEXT TIME GET YOUR OWN COFFEE!" I texted him. I can now see, it amuses him to piss me off. He just smirked as I continued teaching him the alphabet. We got to U and I heard a knock on the front door. I tensed.
