7) The Party

Despite you practically being abducted by the league of villains and being dragged into a crime scene, you were off the hook due to there being evidence that you weren't apart of it.

Now that you were off the hook, you and Miruko had to finish planning the party. When receiving your dress from Hawk's you made sure to scold Mimi about what she did.

"What? Me doing that? I could never do that" Mimi said over the phone with a high pitched voice. "It's so mean how you think I would"

"Cut the shit Mimi" you spat. "Listen, no matter how hard you try, you will never get Keigo to yourself. EVER." You then hung up with a huff.

Right next to you sat Miruko who was picking at her nails. "Are you done now?" She asked with half lidded eyes.

"Yes." You sighed. "Let's go continue with our planning" you said grabbing her hand and pulling her somewhere.

The Day Of The Party

It was early in the morning and you were home by yourself. You told Keigo to go out for something until you told him to go to the party location. Meanwhile, you and Miruko were gonna help set up and that's exactly what you two were doing.

"Maybe we should put the DJ set over there" you pointed towards the wall.

"Yeah yeah great idea" Miruko laughed. "And maybe the food table and bar should be over there" she pointed which was quite far away from the DJ set.

As you and Miruko were setting up along with some other hero's, everyone else who was invited were getting their outfits out and seeing what they looked like. Only a few more hours till the party started.

As the hours passed by and the day grew dark, you and Miruko went back to your house to try on your dresses. First up was Miruko who went to the guest room to change while you went to your shared bedroom to change into the dress Hawk's got you.

"Y/n are you done?" Miruko asked knocking on the door. "Imma walk in"

"Go ahead" you smiled waiting for the door to opened.

When it did, it revealed Miruko in a dress with a split just enough to show her leg. It was also a white dress which made her stand out. Not to mention her athletic built which completed the look.

"Woah..." Miruko said looking at you with a blush. "You're... you're so beautiful Y/n!" She said walking up to you and grabbing your hands. "Hawks will definetly love to see you like this. Who knows, this may not be the only day because Y'know... if you guys get married~" she teased.

"Oh god" you said looking away. "I don't want to rush into my future. Let me talk about you though. You look flawless!"

"I know I know! Now let's go" Miruko said walking with you out of the door. "I rented a limo so we can go in it."

"No way, let's go!" You said walking slightly faster to get to the limo.

While being drove to the place, Miruko already let you know that most of the guess were there and it was only the top ten heroes who weren't.

Upon arrival, you had to leave Miruko outside due to the introduction ceremony while you had to go in to be greeted as the host. When walking inside, everyone stopped what they were doing and looked right at you.

"It seems like our host arrived!" Present Mic said. "Give it up for Y/n!"

As you walked passed everyone, you heard the clapping and cheering from the hero's all around. You took a second to admire the party then waited for the top ten hero's to be announced.

"Alright everyone... let me welcome you our top ten heroes!" Present Mic started. "First up, number 10 hero Dragon Hero Ryuku!"

As everyone cheered for the heroes coming in through the doors, you really only waited for Miruko and Hawks to make their appearance.

"This girl got hops and ears of a rabbit, give it up for number 5 hero Miruko!" Present Mic announced.

You watched as Miruko walked into the party with a huge grin. You swore she looked so good in her dress. Though really she can rock anything. When Miruko spotted you in the crowd, she ran over to you and hugged you tight.

"I felt like doing that" Miruko laughed pulling you away. "Now let's wait for Hawks~" she teased.

As the last of the heroes were being announced into the party, Hawks came up. With the sound of the doors opening and wings flapping, he flew right over the crowd and right to you.

"Hey there baby" he said hugging you. "You look super beautiful tonight"

"Whatever whatever" you said obviously flustered.

Hawks smiled then looked to his left to bring someone closer to him. You looked at who it was and saw the familiar smirk you hated.

"Yatsukara, be careful, you can hurt yourself" Hawks said grabbing her hand.

"Sorry Hawks" she said blushing a bit. She then looked at you and then looked back at hawks. "I'm thirsty, can you get me a drink?"

"Uh- we gotta wait. I want to-" but Hawks was then cut off by Mimi's whiny voice. "Fine fine." He sighed flying away.

"Mimi. What's the meaning of this?" You asked while watching her cute little girl act change.

"You're gonna regret everything in your life soon" Mimi said walking away. "Just you wait and see"

As she left, Miruko asked you what was that about. You denied anything happening and waited for Endeavor to be announced into the room.

"Miruko, let's go to the dance floor. I need to get some things off of my mind" she said linking your arm with her.

"Oh- alright!" She smiled hopping with you to the dance floor.
