But she came home today, with a ring on her hand, just glowing and telling us all they had planned. It had a big diamond with little ones surrounding the one one centered big one, only the best for her.

The wedding would be small, filled with people she loved and people that adored her with every fiber of their being. Her gown would be even more magnificent then her prom dress, a beaded top that then flower out into ruffles of white, spreading out all around her. And oh, would she be beautiful, stunning.

She would see the anxiousness spreading on my face of letting my little girl go. "Daddy, the wedding is still six months away, but I need to practice my dancing."

She would plead with me with her eyes, for this one last-not-last dance with her father. It would not only be for the practice I assure you.

"So please, daddy please." I would put my hand in hers and the other on her hip. And I would dance with Cinderella, because I know something the prince never knew. And I would dance with Cinderella I don't want to miss even one song, because all too soon, the clock will strike midnight.. and she'll be gone.

She will be gone...
