JJ - How you meet
You meet JJ on your first day of work at the BAU. You were trying to find Hotch's office and JJ noticed that you were looking confused and she gave you directions to his office. Shortly after that encounter you meet JJ again when the team gets a case. During the case briefing was when you officially meet JJ and the rest of the team.
JJ - How she asked you out
JJ asked you out when the team had gotten back from a case. She had asked you if you wanted to go and get dinner together as a date and after dinner if you wanted to go to a bar for a drink and dancing. You said yes right away to JJ and you guys then spent your night on your first date.
