The first one is just Gaster. The reason I put blush on him is that he loves yah! (JK! Just for those Gaster fans from Gltchtale)
The second one is Polychromatism Gaster. If you haven't seen "Animosity". Go watch it! LOTS of twists!
But spoilers; Sans dies and Gaster snaps and uses Polychromatism which drains Papyrus' magic and almost's kills him.
