Chapter 2 part 1: a masquerade ball?

Dream, sapnap, and George has went to an inn to stay for a couple of days, one room only had two beds so they bought(?) another one, dream took the other room while George and sapnap agreed to share rooms, dreams room number is no. 14 and sapnap and George's was room no. 16, they weren't really far from eachother which is great, they went to their rooms to get settled in and take a little rest from their journey because they were from another kingdom, dream walked in his room and placed his bag down next to the door while taking his buddy boots off, dream laid down on the small couch and took a small nap

{with techno}

Techno, Wilbur and Phil was talking with their parents the Queen and King to think of an idea to find techno the perfect partner while techno was just sitting there not paying any attention to what they were talking about and just looked outside the window

"That's a perfect idea!"

The Queen said visibly excited on what they agreed to, techno took his attention back to the folks

"what idea?"

Techno asked his mother looked at him with sparkling eyes and his dad began to speak

"we have agreed to make a masquerade ball and we're planning to invite the entire kingdom"

Techno was shocked, the entire kingdom!?, he wasn't really great when he's around many people because he's not a social type you could say but he is okay with a small group of people that's NOT an entire kingdom

"your joking right? The entire kingdom?"

"well not really.. Just a couple of people to send invitations to"

A "Couple"?!, what were they talking about!, a whole kingdom is a "couple", techno groaned and stood up from his seat leaving the room and walking towards his bedroom, he opened the door and closed it behind him, he made himself fall onto his bed face first with an annoyed groan, why do I even have to get married!?, techno asked himself as he rolled around facing the ceiling of his spacious room, he stood up walking to his bookshelves taking an book he hasn't read yet and sat down on the window chair (search it to know) and began to read the book

🌺Time skip🌺

Techno heard a soft knock on the door then hearing one of the maids voice that diners ready, he shut the 900 paged book and placed it on the table next to the other books that he just read, he stood up and got out of his room walking to the dining room

✨At the dining room✨

Techno walked inside the room seeing the Royal family eating their food while talking about the plans for the masquerade ball, techno just again ignored them and sat on a chair and the maids served him his dinner

"oh techno we have made the perfect clothes for you to wear on the masquerade ball!"

Techno's mother said while techno was just giving them an "I don't care" look while they continue to talk about it

"so when's the masquerade going to start?"

"in about two days"

His father said while techno almost choked on his food

"two days!? That's to early!"

Techno said with a surprised look

"well your mother isn't really a patient person so.."

Techno's father said while eating a piece of meat on his fork while his mother just nodded with a proud look on her face, techno just sighed and continued to eat

-after dinner- (sorry for all the time skips)

Techno finished his food and he stood up from his chair and without saying anything he went out of the dining room and walked towards his room to finish the book he was reading and went to bed after
