After the mist incident Shinsou decided to continue his new career as a new adviser of U.A. he specializes 'Quirk: Skills' he helped everyone to awaken a true form of power for his students even some adult pro hero as well wants to unlock skill as well.

"So Mr. Gengar why did you divide us into 4 groups." Neito asked

"I divided you guys in a 4 group based upon your obvious weaknesses, you on the red spot will undergo 'Physical Training' to your strength to control your power in your quirk. The blue spot will go train to your emotions through 'Meditation'. The yellow spot will base on 'Activities' and for the green spot will go under in 'Psychological Training'." Shinsou said

"Psychological Training?" Uraraka asked

"In your spot your weakness can be dangerous stress, addiction, anxiety and depression is your weakness, in other word words your greatest and worst enemy is yourself all alone." Shinsou said and made everyone in the yellow spot shivering "But no need to worry it's not that harsh or extreme this is just a normal and each training represent every four elements; Red is fire, Blue is water, Yellow is earth and Green is air. But also keep that in mind never played with quirk you guys will face a consequence that you will never going to like." Shinsou continues

"Well then you guys look at the field each area represents is your designated place go and position now." Shinsou said then he uses 'Double Team' to split himself to four and go to every area where he assign to everyone.

In the Blue Spot everyone is assigned to sat down in the field

"Greetings everyone and I want you all spread out and sit at one meter." Shinsou said as they follow his command "In this spot you have to control your emotion; sometimes emotion can be tough can get you guys weirder. In story my 'Brainwashing' quirk is almost out of control whenever someone response to me they got easily and this how I discover 'Meditation' it helps me to clear my head got control of my quirk and this could apply in your case." Shinsou continued then some raised a hand

"Yes Ibarra?" Shinsou response 

"What does have to do with a water element?" Ibarra asked

"Very good question and the answer is simple to describe water it was calm, clean and pure. Water helps to calm calms down a person that the answer." Shinsou said and made everyone amazed

"Okay to start sit and crossed your legs then put your hands on it's lap and close your eyes." Shinsou said as they follow his commands

"Then I want you all to clear your minds like a vas ocean so very and very pure, hear a calm sound of a bubble waters." Shinsou said then he notice Ibarra got it wrong "What in the world. Ahh!!" Shinsou said as he was being grabbed on one of Ibarra's vine some of his student moves away and some is also being wrapped on Ibarra's vines.

"I think it's working..." Ibarra said

"Ibarra open your eyes." Shinsou said as she open her eyes she was surprised to see it.

"Did I do this?" Ibarra asked

"You Think....!!" Everyone said in sync

"Not actually in mind too as well and can somebody help us down and free in these vines." Shinsou said as some is trying to get him down.

In the Green Spot everyone is assigned to sat down in the field as well in circled

"So basically you all wants us in here to get along to each other by chatting, talking and share our story." Neito asked

"Yeah and we hope for a good luck." Ojiro said

"Some says to the easiest way to an issue is to talk with someone who can easily understood you, besides this is only a first exercise and and the second or last stage is a deep down meditation were you going deeper and deeper in to your mind and face your itself. So that why this method can come handy for people like you to have an impossible issues, and I promise it help so go." Shinsou said as everyone talks and share their story one by one and then in just one minute a bickering fight happens.

Shinsou then throws a 'Shadow Ball' on the two students that is fight to made them stop 'Boooomm' and it works, then the two student looks on to Shinsou.

"I was hoping you all to share an issues or stories in your daily struggles from everyday life so that it helps you guys to open up to everyone and to unlocks you skill, but I did not say you guys all of here are allowed to fight in here for your training." Shinsou said and made the stop say there sorry and everyone in the area are shaking in fear.

"Well anyway it seems you guys are talking back to square one again." Shinsou said

In the Red Spot everyone is assigned to stand in a training field

"Everyone fall in line." Shinsou said as he made everyone follows his command "In this 'Physical Training' this is no ordinary training this is a test of survival and have to take charged from in you all cases, and for what I see in order to take charge you guys are too much confident about your self." Shinsou said

"Question what exactly are in this training." Iida asked

"Yeah you never tell us on what to do in this field man." Kirishima said

"And what kind of survival skill?" Tetsutetsu said

"Hush now... See this is what I'm talking about some are you are too confident and likes to brag, and no more asking questions all you have to do is to run in this field and will gave an incoming tracks. But remember you guys have to take charge." Shinsou said as he step outside in the field and releases a toy gun and as.

"Alright... On your march... Get set... Go..." Shinsou said as he bangs the gun and they run in circles yet in 2 minutes

Everyone suddenly slips in and some fell down in awkwardly and they just laughed like nothing happens.

'Shinsou Exhales Desperately' "This is exactly what I'm talking about." Shinsou said

Then in the Yellow Spot everyone is assigned to stand as well

"So Shinsou what are we supposed to do in here?" Mina asked

"In this spot your can also be use and fit in such daily activity like mine. My quirk is a sound type and for activity I can evenly do this" Shinsou said he then closes his eyes and inhales a sing a song.

As Shinsou begun to sing a song everyone was amazed that he can sing such beautiful song even in some areas can hear Shinsou's voice singing, and as Shinsou finish singing everyone was was more amazed.

"That was Amazing Shinsou." Mina said

"Who wouldn't have taught you can sing like that." Jirou said

"Like I said there are some activities that is very and very good suitable for your quirk." Shinsou said

As they search any kind of activity that very good for their quirk looking for a new interest but in 3 minutes a large smoke came.

"I guess this is way more to much." Shinsou said
