to summarize―
SAWYER CALLAWAY had never been the biggest fan of people, or social interactions, or really just life in general. she was careless, and much preferred everything serious or even remotely sad to be forced back behind a sarcastic grin and occasionally, a careless shrug. although, it seemed to her that the universe really didn't give a shit about her or her preferences, because shortly after her first day at a new school, it seems the that beginning of the end had begun. being the new girl at a seemingly nerd-filled prep school was supposed to be the biggest of her worries, however after an odd mugging, a slight squaring up with the cape-wearing predator who lurks outside her windows, and a few former shield agents later it seemed that perhaps surviving was going to be the biggest of the girl's worries. of course no matter the amount of near-death experiences she went though, her chest always still seemed to beat hardest around the boy (secretly) in spandex. although nothing in sawyer's short time on earth could have ever prepared her for the befriending of earths mightiest heroes and some of space's.
