"come on babe, we need to get ready to go to corbyn's. they're waiting!" zach says, trying to pull his much taller boyfriend out of bed, but it seems to be an olympic sport at this point. the blue eyed boy has been fighting this hangout for weeks now, not wanting to go to the pool at corbyn and jonah's. he just feels like he's the ugliest out of the friend group. 

he wish he had jonah's hair and soft tan skin. he claims he'd die for zach's confidence and smile. he'd do anything for corbyn's style and abs and he prays for jacks amazing eyes and facial features. this has been going on for weeks and zach has been trying his best to cheer the older boy up. nothings working.

"please dani? for me baby? we haven't seen the boys as much since we've graduated." daniel knows that zach misses his friends, especially jack, ever since we all went our down different paths in life. daniel sighs and gets out of bed, approaching his boyfriend, who left for the bathroom. he wraps his arms around the shorter boy and kisses his neck. 

zach looks up into the mirror, noticing that the blue eyed boy isn't happy. zach turns around and facing him, cupping his cheeks.

"you are so beautiful my prince. okay? you mean everything to me." zach looks deeply into the love of his life's eyes, hoping that he is convincing him, even if its only an ounce. the taller boy nods slightly, a tear slipping from his eye. zach awww and wipes it away, holding him close.

the couple arrive to corbyn and jonah's house, already hearing the laughing and splashing from over the fence. the two walk through the side gate with their key and look to their best friends. "look who decided to show up!" jack calls out from his lawn chair, eating what seems to be a fruit salad. zach chuckles and laughs, running to his best friend. 

the two embrace each other, haven't seeing each in a month. it didn't seem like long, but for the life long friends, it was eternity. daniel smiles at the two and walks to the other chairs, placing his bag on one of them. he looks around to the others and notices their bodies.
