Both Ace and you wanted to live somewhere remote so you guys picked out a cabin not to far away from castle rock since Ace had opened up a mechanic shop. Both you and Ace designed the, place you did the kitchen, bedroom and the living space while Ace did both bathrooms, exterior, garage.
