She smiles
And everyone thinks she's all right
But behind closed doors
She fighting a terrible fight
She's losing miserable
Her arms, legs, stomach
Are filled with fresh cuts
No one seems to notice the sadness that she hides.
She keeps it all inside
For she doesn't want people to know
She smiles
