Honey cakes are my favourite! I hope you like them too.
Ingrediants:
• 170g all purpose flour
• 15g baking powder
• 65g of butter
• 90g of honey
• 45g of milk
• 2 eggs
• A pinch of salt
• A pinch of nutmeg
• 1 orange zest
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Steps:
• Mix all ingrediants in a large bowl until combined.
• Bake for 20 minutes at 190°C
• In a oven safe bowl, melt an extra tablespoon of honey at medium-low heat and brush the cake with it.
• After that bake it for another 5 minutes at 190°C
• Take out and let them sit for another 5 minutes
