Song: Niall Horan - Put A Little Love On Me

Don't they realise it?
Do they even notice it?
Doesn't it bother them?

Doesn't it bother them that when they come home we immediately shut ourselves in our rooms?
Doesn't it bother them that we sit on the edge of our beds waiting for them to find something to shout at us for?

Scavengers.

Looking into every nook and cranny.
Picking at your imperfections.
It's not enough for them.

Doesn't it bother them that when they come home, we just sigh and say, "Brace yourself" with tears in our eyes?

How could it bother them when they won't look far enough to notice it, because they don't think of it as abuse? 'My house. My rules.'

Bullshit.

A/N: I'm thinking of suggesting songs at the beginning of my Chappies. It might not have anything to do with the content. It might make you understand/feel the words better. Or maybe it's my new favourite song
