I took the limousine to the mall. Making sure Lynn dropped me off a bit further away from where the entrance was.

It was a bit bushy when Lynn opened my door for me. I brushed off the little leaves which had fallen down on my head, tidying my clothes as well. "Well then, you can leave" I told Lynn, as I pulled my mask up on my nose which kept sliding down.
"Ms I will be back in a few hours. Make sure to stay safe and hidden." I nodded "also ms, in case your father asks, what are you doing out by yourself?"
Of course mum took care of dad, but Lynn still had his loud-mouth. "Uhh.. It's for the school reunion thats coming up soon, I need a dress and Amber wanted to help." I was slightly shocked at my ability to lie on the spot. But I guess it wasn't that hard considering my words were still true, even if a part of it was false. "Oh! And if you tell dad about Amber, I will fire you myself" I made sure my tone was sharp.
"Yes, yes. But I still don't understand why you're still friends with that girl, she's so unsofisticated" he spoke, but I ignored him walking in front and leaving him to think for himself. The answer was obvious, Amber was my friend and I was hers, some stupid status quo couldn't and wouldn't change that.
I could see Johnny's tall structure from mile away. He waved his arms to show his location and Amber stood beside him.
