Back to the point Yes a horse sized elephant can ride an elephant sized horse nothing much will happen except the poor horse will have a sore back and the elephant might end up with cramped legs (poor creatures 😔) .

And if a real elephant rides a real horse then horse will be in a condition we don't wanna speak about as soon as the elephant is on it .
