I went back to class after leaving Luz. The class was boring, it felt like it had been years until the bell rang. I got out of the classroom and went to my locker, I picked up my lunch and made my way to the Cafeteria.

This week I felt like not passing time with Bosha, Cat and Amelia. Not being rude, but I just never agreed on being "friends" with them, besides I already had a friend... well that was until an incident with my parents that is.

I was heading to my seat --- where Bosha, the others and I sit when it's lunch time that is--- until...

Amity: Ah! Oh, Hey Luz

Luz: Amity! I was actually looking for you

Amity: Looking for me? Like, literally me?

Luz: Yes

Amity: You were looking for me for...?

Luz: Oh, yeah! I wanted to ask if you sit with anyone at lunch

Amity: Uh, actually--

[Amity sees Bosha in the distance with Cat and Amelia.]

Amity: No, I don't sit with anyone at lunch, you want me to sit with you?

Luz: You just read my mind

Luz: So, what do you want to talk about?

Amity: Uh, I don't really know, I guess I can just tell you more about myself?

Luz: Sure, Go on!

Amity: Uhm, okay. I past my time reading books, my favorite book is; Azura--

Luz: Azura? Like, Azura, Azura?!

Amity: Uh, yeah...

Luz: I love reading that!

Amity: Oh, uh, great?

Luz: Do you have any hobbies?

Amity: I guess, maybe besides reading, I like drawing

Luz: Sounds cool and interesting to me

Amity: Yeah

Luz: So? Do you always sit alone at this time of day in school?

Amity: Not really we could say--

Bell rings

Amity: Oh well, See you later, Luz

Luz: See ya, Amity

I was happy knowing I got to talk to someone who isn't any of my other "friends". I was hoping I could talk to her, Luz, again maybe tomorrow.

Bosha: Amity!

Amity: Oh, hello--

Cat: Where were you?

Amelia:We started looking for you after you didn't show up on our table on lunch time

Amity: Oh, the teacher just-- just, uh, gave me extra work and I had to past my lunch time in class

Bosha: Sure, whatever, class is about to start so see ya later

Amity: Yeah...

After school, Amity went to the Library. She always goes there before heading back home. She didn't like to be at her house, so she normally stayed in the library until it closed at night.

Luz: Amity?

Amity: Yes? Wait-- Oh, Luz

Luz: Hey, I came here to explore the library since you know, I'm new in town. So, what are you doing here?

Amity: I'm just trying to finish reading one of my Azura books.

[Luz takes a look at Amity's book]

Luz: Oh! I have the book that comes after that one

Amity: You do?

Luz: Yeah, if you want I can give it to you so you can read it after you're done with--

Edric on the distance: Hey, Mittens!

Amity: Edric, Emira. When are you going to stop calling me that?

Emira: What's the problem with it? It's funny

Amity: That's the problem

Edric: Oh, yeah, mom said that she wanted you to be home early. She needs to talk to you about... something?

Amity: Okay, then. Oh! Luz this is Edric and Emira, my siblings. Emira, Edric this is Luz.

Luz: H--Hi

Edric and Emira: Hey, cutie

[Luz starts blushing, embarrassed about what Edric and Emira called her, tho she also finds it cute]

Amity: Yeah, that's enough, let's head back home already. I don't want any other problems with mom if there is already a problem

Edric: Fine

Emira: See you around cutie

Luz: Eh--hehehe...

Amity: Bye, Luz--

Luz: Oh, right! Here have the book

Amity: Oh, thanks. I'll see you... tomorrow at school?

Luz: Sure thing! See ya

Amity: Yeah, see ya
