The golden eyes darted from left, to right... to left again as they checked the street for any incoming traffic.
There was none so he quickly ran across. "Glad to be rid of the restraints of that pizzeria... now I can see what's going on in the real world..." he said as he finished crossing the street.
His form flickered slightly, from a young boy, to a full animatronic, as he went into a dark ally way.
You quickly followed behind him. "Y-yeah...w-what pizzeria?" You stared up at him.
"O-oh, well, where I'm from, we have no freedom... but don't concern yourself about that... you don't need to be caught up in things."
"...I'm already homeless... what else is there I can't handle...?" You said clenching you're fist tightly.
"Trust me... there's a lot you don't know." He said as he gently grasped your hand leading you.
You sighed. "You're always so cold! And not in a metallic way either!" You said gently tugging your hand back. "We wander through the same ally way, it's like... it's like you're stuck in a loop... something you're not letting go-"
The entire world disappeared, and you screamed as you fell into a dark abyss below.
