Twinj are classmates..... They study in class tenth....... Kunj is the most handsome and smart guy of the whole school..... All girls want to be his girlfriend..... But our twinkle is exceptional...💓💓 She in not interested in all this..... She only focuses on her study as she wanted to be a doctor.....❤❤ they didn't talk to each other till now....

Scene open at School campus ....

All students were gathered and was standing in row for the occasion of 15 August.... All teachers were present there.... Teachers and the participated students were delivering the speech or singing....

Twinkle and kunj were standing left and right of each other but they didn't notice each other's presence...... Kunj was on her right side....

Kunj was enjoying the talks of his frnds....

But twinkle, she was not feeling well..... She had not have her breakfast before coming to school..... So she was feeling dizzy..... Her eyes were closing after every passing moment.... She got unbalanced and faints..... She was about to fall but Kunj holds her....💕💕

Fir the first tym Kunj notices her face.... Which is now pale due to weakness..... She has a lots of moles on her face.... One mole is on nose, one is beside the lips... One is on left chic... One is on right eye .....one above the eyes.... He noticed every mole present on her face.... Her lips were pink even without lipstick.... 💓

Teachers come to her and took her to the common room.... Kunj was just staring her without blinking.....

Teachers Make her sleep ..... Split some water on her face to wake her up..... she gets up.... She has a head ache..... Teachers give her some food to eat....

Till then the assembly was despersed..... All students have gone to Thier respective classes....

Scene changes....

Kunj was in class room....he was thinking about twinkle.... Her face was continuously coming in front of her eyes....

A lady doctor was rushing to the OT to treat a patient.. the patient was injured so much....

A nurse comes to her....

Nurse - Dr. Twinkle..... The patient's situation is too critical.... We have to treat him immediately....

The immediately runs to OT....

Yeah guys... She is twinkle.....

Twinkle is now a doctor..... Her dream comes true..... She has own her own hospital..... 💞
