Leorio Pov
Kurapika had ignored my message.. This was usual for him to do. But for some reason, today, something felt..off.. I sent the text almost 2 hours ago..
Maybe I should go to his house.. Go check up on him..
I eventually arrive at his house, knocking on the door, I yell "Kurapika! Are you home?
No answer.. I guess he's out then..
I rattle the door handle and to my suprise, the door flies open revealing..
"Kurapika!" I yell, running towards his crumpled up body.
"No, no, no, NO!"
Tears roll down my cheeks as I check for a pulse.
Placing my two fingers on Kurapika's wrist, I shout
"NO PLEASE! KURAPIKA!"
There was no pulse..
He's.. He's dead..
I lean back against the Couch, tears flooding my eyes, my throat burning up from screaming..
Out of the corner of my eye, I see a letter float down off the table.
Picking it up I begin to read..
Dear Leorio, Gon and Killua..
....
After finishing reading it, i shakily put the letter back down and pulled out my phone, ringing up Gons number..
"Hello?" I hear him say.
"Gon, somethings happened.." I reply.
"Leorio? What do you mean? Are you okay?"
"It's about Kurapika.. He.. He's.. Dead.."
The phone was hung up from the other side..
Minutes later, Gon and Killua crash through the door.
Gon Pov
As soon as I heard what Leorio said, I hung up the phone, grabbed Killua and sprinted to Kurapika's house..
I didn't bother to knock, I ran right in..
Only to regret it..
Kurapika was laying on the floor, pale as a ghost.
I then saw Leorio kneeling next to him, shaking him, trying to wake him up..
"Leorio stop it.. He's not going to wake up.. He's gone.." Killua spoke up..
Leorio sighs and hands me a piece of paper..
I sit next to him and Killua follows.
We then started to read it..

"I want you to keep being brave.."
"I love you.."
