"If they don't give a fuck why should i?" I questioned looking at Ezmani stand in line inside of popeyes.

"Mind your business Lyric,where my favorite sister at?" I looked back down at the phone.
"I thought i was your favorite sister."
"No you not it's Laila,now where she at?"
"How bout you call her and ask her since she's your favorite sister." She said hanging up in my face.
I laughed looking around the parking lot then inside of popeyes seeing a girl staring at Ezi with a mug.
I guess she felt somebody staring at her because she turned around and locked eyes with girl sending her a smile.
"Too damn friendly." I mumbled.
Ezmani decided she wanted to take things slow due to fact that she didn't want to sleep with someone she didn't know. I honestly ain't mind so i agreed to get to know her.
Hearing the door open i looked over at Ezi as she got in.
"What's wrong?" I asked seeing the pout on her face.

"Ezmani."
"What Safyre?"She yelled.
"Well excuse me." I made the yikes face.
She stayed quiet fidgeting with her fingers while a tear fell into her lap.
I reached over rubbing under her eyes with my thumb.

"Can i have a hug?" She whispered.

She wrapped her arms around my neck putting her head on my chest as i rubbed her hearing her breathing go back to normal.
Most people make me out to be the bad guy because of things i've done but they never take the time to understand why i do the things i do.
"Your heart is beating really fast." She chuckled pulling away.

She looked at me shocked." So your telling me that i Ezmani Lay Jones make you nervous?"
"Yes,yes you do."
"Sure,but can you take me home really quick? I gotta get something."

I pulled off from popeyes as she ate her food while trying to feed me some but i wasn't really hungry.
"I'm good Ezi chill."
"If you say so,just know i rarely share my food that right there was a once in a lifetime opportunity."
"That's what you think but we here gon head and get whatever you gotta get,i'll be waiting."
"Watch me take my pressure time."

"Sigh." She said walking away from the car.
I turned up the music in my car leaning back against the seat.

I hummed along to harmony closing my eyes.

Opening my eyes i seen Ezmani standing there with a bag in her hand.

"Mmh,where you going?"
"You can drop me off at the hotel downtown."
"Hotelllllll." I dragged.
"What you staying there for?"
"I really can't stay at this house with home so can you please take to a hotel?"
I drove off not responding.
"This not the way to hotel, Where we going?"
"You know you ask a lot of questions?" I mugged.
"No i don't."
"You do but we going to my house i'm not finna let you stay at no hotel when i got a house full of space."
"I don't think that's the bes-" She started to say but i cut her off.
