Well Lucy, that's a very complicated question. I would never become guild master especially with so many other capable wizards that would fit the job much better. But let's see- the first thing that I would do...
What I would do would be to implement a few rules to decrease damage within the guild hall. With how many times we've had to rebuild and buy new furniture I think it would be nice for the guild to decrease the damages. Plus we need the money for any damages done by the guild members on other jobs.
