The question is: If you found out you had a long lost little sister (like if she was 10 or so) who didn't know how to control her magic, how would you react? How would you treat her? Would you be overprotective or be like a teacher to it?
If I had a long lost sister. To begin with I would want proof that she is my sister. But anyone child who is unable to control their magic deserves to be helped.
I would do what I could to help her learn and protect her as needed, I would treat her how I treat anyone that needs help. Though I would be surprised if I did have a sister.
