I think the relationship between Third Riech and Germany would be like Union and Dixie but if you crank the toxic levels to max.
On the Wiki it says that German fans find portraying Third Riech as Germany's father is offensive (I don't know how many) so I'm making the previous German nations Germany's brothers. (Prussia, German empire, etc. Ooo, the Prussia thing would make an excellent storyline for a gerame fanfic.) If this is still offensive, than Third Riech will just be Germany's forced guardian (forced in that Third Riech forced Germany into his care).
Third Riech I think would adore Germany and put him above all else (Hitler was very nationalistic, and I think it would be accurate) but in the most toxic way possible. Germany on his end hates Third Riech, even more after finding out more details of what he did, and how toxic Third Riech was.
