Diego's P.O.V

Diego and Lila hid behind a car before running towards a house grabbing some clothes.

"what are you doing," Lila asked

"im not going get very far dressed like a lobotomy case" Diego spoke chucking clothes down to Lila as he grabbed a black shirt for himself

"you mean WE won't get very far" she huffed

"look, i appreciate your help but now we go our separate ways" he started to change his clothes quickly turning around to not see her change

"why?"

"because they are going to be looking for us together, we stand a better chance on our own, plus i don't think Parker will too pleased when she sees me with someone else" he muttered

"you need me, we make a good team" she spoke

"nope too dangerous, im only in a team with one woman" he retorted

"you didn't think so back in the funhouse when i saved your ass or did you forget?" she said before Diego pulled them both down after hearing a siren come close to the both of them.he lifted himself from the car slightly looking at Lila

"your fly is undone" she smirked making Diego look down and scoff at her "gotcha!"

"What is wrong with you" he muttered in disbelief

"is Parker going to like you in this shirt? its a bit cowboy" she laughed

"oh, please, it's black, she loves me in black," he remarked undoing his top few buttons.

"come on! well take my car!" she spoke standing up from the car and to the front seat

"what car?" Diego spoke

"this one" she picked up a brick and threw it into the window smashing it allowing her to unlock the car and hotwire it "Get in!" she shouted to him making him jump in the other seat

Diego and Lila sat in the car in front of a building as soft music played through the radio

"all right here's the plan: Oswald finishes his shift at 4:30 PM, once he walks out those doors we force him into the front seat"

"im in the front seat" Lila retorted

"Okay, fine the backseat you're gonna pin his arms and im gonna cut off his trigger finger and tell him he has 24 hours to exit Dallas"

"that's your plan?" she questioned

"you got a problem with it?"

"Why don't we just kill him? i mean you think he's gonna shoot the president right, so we kill him"

"no no no we're not gonna kill a man before he's committed a crime" Diego responded

"that's stupid"

"excuse me?"

"in fact your whole plan is stupid, chopping off a guys finger?"

"no it's not just any finger it's his trigger finger all right? you can't shoot without it"

"what if he's ambidextrous?" she smirked "you know what's also stupid" she started

"what now"

"The fact that you escaped last night and you are trying to threaten a guy instead of finding parker! you've already said she may be annoyed that im with you don't you think she will be a little pissed if she knows instead of finding her you tried to chop someone's finger off!" she exclaimed making Diego sit back listening to her words as a whoosh sound came from the back of the car

"i was thinking the exact same thing" fives voice echoed from the back of the car surprising Lila and alerting Diego

"who the hell are you?"

"hi, im his loving brother" five introduced

"who left me to rot in the nuthouse," Diego sighed "have you found parker?"

"to protect you from yourself, and no not yet anyway" he spoke making Diego scoff "lose the crazy lady and come with me, we have important business" five insisted

"i am not going anywhere with you" Diego turned back around to the front of the car

"okay fine" five smirked leaning out of the window "officer" he shouted making Diego pull him back from the window glaring at him

"what are you doing?"

"I hear there's a reward out for you two"

"he's bluffing" Lila spoke from the front of the car as Five smirked at Diego

"he's not, fine ill go with you" Diego grumbled

"what about me?"

"and im bringing the crazy lady"

the three of them walked into a building before five led them to a house inside

"where did you get the film?" a voice shouted at them and a man walked in with a gun

"you know this lunatic?" Diego huffed

"new acquaintance, he's harmless"

"Are you sure about that?" Lila spoke

"Are you or are you not an enemy of the people?!" he shouted in suspense

"Such an open-ended question" "yeah" "really depends on the people" Diego and five-spoke at the same time

"you move one more muscle i will blow your brains out" the man with the gun spoke

"you want to take this or should i?" Diego spoke

"no, i got him" five flashed to him lifting his gun making him shoot the ceiling as Diego grabbed the gun from his hands

five and Diego watched the footage intently before noticing a man with an umbrella standing there on the day Kennedy was assassinated

"no that's impossible" Diego mumbled

"cleary it's not" five-spoke

"what is it?" the tied man spoke

"dad" five and Diego spoke together looking at the man on the screen.

"of course dad would be involved in the assassination I should have known"

"no you're jumping to conclusions" five responded

"What else is he doing on the grassy knoll holding an open black umbrella on a sunny day in Dallas, the exact same moment the president gets shot?"

"it doesn't look good i admit"

"it makes sense this is what hazel was trying to tell you, we have to stop dad from killing the president

Authors note: im going to end this chapter here because the rest of the episode i will literally just be re-writing the script of the scenes, i added the previous bit so it helps the storyline but i don't want to be re-writing an entire scene that isn't the most relevant to Diego and parker so if you haven't watched the episode i recommend it so you can get an understanding of what five and Diego then went to do

next chapter will continue from the next episode and everything in this episode has happened. so Klaus and parker did go to jail but that scene wasn't necessary for this book...
