Whose wings fell down through outer space?
My soul became your worst hiding place.
These fading lights aren't from afar.
I'm gonna steal your pretty eyes away...
I'm gonna take you from wherever you are.
Voices evolve, measures of distance,
We all lost faith in lavish existence,
My heart, it burns with every scream!
Engrave surrender, gold on your bleeding tongue.
Everyone forgets how real we seem.
Let's sing and drown in bitter hate.
Dancing under stars, we'll disintegrate.
I hate those hands around your waist,
But I want them too, all over my face!
Why don't I just end this, kill all this pain?
You taste so sweet, but you'll never know...
How hard it hurts to let you go!
Your baby blues help see it through.
Wait for me, my dear beloved,
I'll grow new wings to fly with you.
The night rains down over my head.
Sometimes, I wish we were still dead.
Would you let us live under your skin?
I want to breathe in your corruption,
I need to feed off of the sin within.
I might die alone from heart disease.
My appetite is too hard to please.
You never heard of me! And this last farewell,
Scarlet etched into my gravestone...
My broken bones used to wish you well.
