Quirk: Wiccan
Description: user can cast spells, make potions, talk to cats, and fly on brooms. Pretty much anything a witch can do
Weakness: User must practice and learn any spell they wish to cast, some spells may take ingredients and take longer to cast, same goes for potions. They have a limit to how much energy they can use on spell casting and if over used can get headaches or pass out.
