She got abused by her parents since she was 8 and never told anybody about it because she was to scared that her parent will kill her if they knew about it, so she has been through all of that for 9 years but when she became 16 she was told by a doctor that she has lost half of her emotions, but not all of them thanks for her friends that were always there for her.
Without them she will probably be emotionless now...
